| craft lessons | Delivery: The Craftshops Mall will send your package by insured parcel post within 2 business days of your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your package has been shipped. Insured parcel post is expected to take less than 7 days to the furthest destination within Australia and less than 2 weeks to North America and Europe. A signature will be required on delivery. If there is no person available to sign at the delivery address when the package arrives, a delivery notice will be left and the package will be held at the nearest post office for collection at your convenience. If your package is damaged on delivery, please send it back with the delivery person. If the damage is not noticed until after the delivery person has left, please email craftshops@aol.com for instructions and save all packaging for return. |

When returning items please use our printable form so that all relevant information is included. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
