REFUND PROCEDURE
The Craftshops Mall will accept returned goods, in new condition and in original packaging, for refund or replacement, within 30 days of shipment. All returns should be accompanied by a completed copy of our "returned goods" form. A copy of this will be included with your package. It can also be printed from our forms page. Your refund will be processed through the National Internet Payment Service as soon as the goods are received at our office and will appear on your next credit card statement.
